His agent is that Kia Joorabchian gimp, stay away at all costs

We need this bloke so far away from goodison it's frightening. nearly all the players Hughes bought and who've failed are on massive wages , don't seem interested and are represented by guess who ?

Out of all the names being thrown around I'd most like to see Pereira get a chance.

But not the likes of Hughes, O'neil, Lennon, Benitez FFS!

I could live with Laudrup

I wouldn't be over the moon with Martinez but I'd just about refrain from killing myself.

a genuine question now,are we actually an attractive proposition for any established manager out there???

In terms of the wages we could offer a manager then yes, we most certainly are.

However in terms of the transfere budget we could offer a manager then no.

We're going to have managers and their people linking themselves through the media because they want the job and because they want rises , bill testing fan interest and support , unemployed managers like Hughes whoring themselves unashamedly , members of staff leaking their names that they are/aren't interested , chairman distancing their managers , talksport jumping on every passing bandwagon , the echo doing the chairman's bidding , dave whelan on sky 24/7 bigging up Martinez and claiming we aren't a top club all in all it's going to be a long few weeks.

Spot on sheeds. Due to the weak leadership, the club will treated like a circus meanwhile agents and players at the club start to make plans in the vacuum. IMHO, none of the names I have seen are good enough for the club but then we have an owner who is rummaging around in the bottomof bargain buckets. I feel sorry for the fans who think they are going to get a some bright euro manager, that is the last think our Bill will do. He is a bottler and self preservation come first.

[Poor language removed] ME that fella has come out and said it his job to get the right man in pffffffffff What will he give him Vinegar and brown paper. He needs to sell up and we should afresh from top to bottom.

None of the candidates appear look to have finished in the top 6 of our league once. Thats not good enough for where we are now.
I would suggest Van Basten, De Boer or Bielsa.

Erm, bit of a contradiction isnt it?

Wigan do not player better football than we do, ffs.
Maybe you're right, in fact you are right. But they do play decent attacking football and generally try and keep the ball on the floor, all on a tiny budget for the prem.
We should be aiming higher though, I'd love it if we really pushed on from here and got even better. ****tingly optimistic of me I know

If it has to be from within - Duncan Ferguson - a winner with EFC as were Catterick, Kendall, and Royle as players.......Interesting

Some of the names here are pretty outrageous. We are Everton. We should not be looking at people who get clubs relegated on a similar ish budget to our own.

The fact we are everton no longer matters mate, today has proved that. We are letting Man Utds manager take charge of us for 2 games as a thank you. Tell him to empty his desk and we can move on. The board have finally finished this club today

Yes but not the ones with CL clubs with big money to spend, we could certainly attract the likes of Laudrup despite those thinking he is destined for Real Madrid when he has only won the carling cup. Personally I think Martinez will end up here wouldn't be the worst considering its Ken****e making the decision but I would personally look for Laudrup, Pereira, Rafael or Redknapp
