Ive heard that Cardiff's football is very direct. I couldn't and wouldn't put up with another manager who plays this way.

Martin Jol has Fulham mid table in one of the toughest leagues in the world mate.

I think people have a tendency to overrate managers if they're foreign and have exotic names.
