Listen I thought and was told moyes had no chance of united so that shows what I know but I don't think it'll be Stubbs at all personally . I don't think it'll be internal but if it was I'd suspect neville is higher than Stubbs , not convinced at all .

Although Martinez is not my 1st choice I think if he were to get the job and had Neville,Stubbs, or weir as his number 2 to help work on the defensive side of thinks and a couple of good summer signing a think he could do well here and get us playing some good attacking football

Where is this thing coming from that Wigan are particularly attacking. Do Wigan even score that many goals?

It is unfair to compare them with the higher placed and richer clubs so I will only look at teams with the lowest budgets.

And if you do the same on wikipedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009–10_Premier_League#League_table
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010–11_Premier_League#League_table
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011–12_Premier_League#League_table
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012–13_Premier_League#League_table

You'll see they are amongst the lowest scorers of all teams, being beaten by relegated and newly promoted clubs in goalscoring terms in every season.

If i worked for the Everton media machine and i was aware that the new manager was likely to be Martinez, and this would be seen as a largely underwhelming or even unpopular choice, i would take to an Everton forum or two and announce that someone even less popular (eg Stubbs) was a certainty for the job. Thus ensuring Martinez is seen as a pleasant surprise.

Just saying like.
