Lads, just gutted.

We've missed out on Dickov....Donny Rovers have PIPped us to his signature.

FFS Bill....where's the Dickov money?

Why are people still talking about Stubbs? Its like 95% of people on here were born yesterday.
Certain people on here like to create a vision of doom and gloom. Stubbs, Neville, Weir etc, will not be considered for the managers role, coaching maybe manager no.
Not born yesterday mate, but canny and devious they are.

The club are in a different position now to where we were when Moyes took over. I know we don't have much transfer funds to part with, but we are competitive on the wage front, to me this is a tremendous opportunity to get someone in to push us on a level.

Over the past fortnight I feel the club has been condescended to (by the media mainly) over issues in particular who we may get in as next manager, I'd love to shut them up by getting someone talented and high profile in. I don't think I'm the only one. So when I hear about internal appointments (which sound painful) or some fella down the road who's done alright I do find myself rather disappointed.

I hear you

Still wouldn't rule out Pereira just yet... Agree with alot on here wouldn't take betting indications as a sign or certainlyas a ddefinite sign that that person is too become a manager..

We aren't though are we? We pay the same as Stoke City, Sunderland etc in wages. We can offer a manager a decent wage but not really players. Probably 50 clubs in the world who can outspend us.

Prepare for disappointment. The only good thing about the club over the last decade has been the manager and his staff. The board have been a disgrace. Now we are left only with that board to make the decisions. That is the scary bit.
