He manages Celtic mate, one of the easiest and most successful jobs in the world. It's very difficult to say that he'll get Everton were they belong which is winning titles again. Not for me.

i was more so meaning just someone with a different tactical view, because afterall moyes is great at seeing potential in players and in the transfer market. But he is rather ****e at the tactical side of management

Yep I agree. I'm not really sure what Round does tbh, but I think our work in the market has improved since he's come in. Plus i'm not on the training ground or in the changeing ground with them so cant really judge.
