Moyes to Sunderland

Tbf Dave your assessment of him when compared to what's happened to us is coming back to haunt you. I don't like the bloke either but clearly he knows how to operate at this level while Koeman and Martinez have looked lost with us.
Knows how to operate? He sank three clubs so far

We were never embarrassed under Moyes. We have been routinely humiliated on the pitch by the last two managers.

Even Manure's struggles post-Moyes seem to have done him favours with the benefit of hindsight.

Oh Lordy, you're playing this game in this thread too.

Mask = slipped.

Mmmmmmm? I think I can remember being soundly embarrassed under the ginger one on more than one occasion, may I start with a certain away game,against Arsenal??????????????

I can think of every important semi final, final and derby match too where we shut up shop or lost the plot under Moyes. He was an embarrassment under pressure.

Moyes always had really bad starts then somehow it used to click, it was strange. I think you'll be safe as long as Mr defoe stays fit
Agreed. One of Moyes strengths was that if a decline was beginning to take hold he always steadied the ship and righted its course in very short order. Compare that with what is happening now where the freefall appears terminal.
