Moyes to Sunderland

Reckon he'll panic buy Fellaini for the third time?

Having said that, Fellaini would be boss for them. Playing just off Defoe.

bound to be linked with some of our players, probably even mirallas, and our game away to sunderland is live on sky on the monday in the 1st month,so sky will turn it into what he did for us type of thing no doubt

A cracking signing for Sunderland. Allardyce is great at getting a team out of the s*** but Moyes should be capable of taking them to the next level, i.e. mid table.

I'll be interested to see how they do.

Yes, but this one is even more damaged than the other damaged goods. Not even Amazon would accept this return.
He may be damaged goods, but Sunderland will be a good club to help rebuild some of the momentum and confidence he had when managing us.

In hindsight, I think he'd be more than aware now that Manure was a poison chalice which he really shouldn't have taken on.

Without taking into consideration that he'd have to follow in Ferguson's footsteps, he had left an ageing squad that was also full of mediocrity.

With both the boards' and fans' expectations and the need to overhaul the squad, it was no wonder he soon got the axe for underperforming.

Even Van Gaal to some extent suffered from how Ferguson left their squad. Real Sociedad is inexcusable as it was an absolutely ridiculous job.

At Sunderland he's playing at a club with relatively low expectations (survival is celebrated) and as such can play a style which suits him.

He won't be expected to play glorious football or sign the greatest stars; they'll be happy with rigid tactics and shrewd signings that keep them up.

A few solid months at Sunderland and I expect his stock to rise quite rapidly again.
