For all the pay, I wouldn't want the job. The associated stress and the toll it would take on your health isn't worth any amount of money imo.
Hahaha don't talk nonsense, a several million quid pay off for a few months of blagging it, behave yourself the associated stress. Stress is working 45 hours a week and still not making enough money to pay your bills, not worrying if Wilfred Zara is porking your daughter. Frankly your comments are embarrassing.

Yeah cos everyone who makes enough money to get by has no problems.

I'm talking from personal experience, your health is priceless and although many people choose to sacrifice it for material wealth to me it's not worth it. Just look at how Moyes has aged over the last two years. Maybe in your head looking like that is worth a bundle of money, to me it's not.

You base that on?

I actually think Moyes did well with us, his main strengths were operating on a small budget, being organised defensively and getting us from a bottom 5 side in the league, into a top 6 team. In the championship, being 6th will get you in the playoff, which is what Leeds need.

I get why Moyes had his critics, he is not very attack minded, he doesn't often give youth players a chance, unless he is forced to and he struggled against the top sides in the premierleague. However I think he is more than capable of getting Leeds out of the championship

Moyes was good for us and what we needed at the time, and perhaps going gung-ho, all-out for it after Louis Saha scored in the 2009 FA Cup final would've changed how he is viewed now, as he'd have added to our history with a cup win - let's face it, even his detractors may admit that he deserved some sort of trophy while he was here. He left us in a far better state than when he arrived. I liked the fella, although I didn't agree with his guard-of-honour send off - that should've been reserved for a trophy winning manager at the very least.

BUT - he went right down in my estimation with his comments about trying to sign Baines. And more recently, his lack of appearance at Howard Kendall's funeral suggests to me that he saw us merely as another job, which I'm disappointed with to be honest.

'koff Moyles

Ive been saying leeds for ages...he would do well there.

He's been linked with Leeds Utd, if the takeover goes through. I think he could do well there. That would probably scupper our chances is signing Sam Byram though.

Leeds are currently 15th in the table and 9 points off the playoffs, but there are 30 games to play, so it's not inconceivable that he could get them there.
