MOYES, YOU ARE OUT OF ORDER

The only one I have faith with in this situation is Baines. He seems a really genuine lad and even if he is sold I dont think he'd ever seek the move and stab us in the back. The rest: Moyes, Kenwright, Elstone, SAF, Woodward I wouldn't trust them one iota.

I've trotted a line trying to offer an alternative view to the board bashing on here for many's a while. In part at least I felt it was ****ging off the board without due evidence and proper reason. However, the way Kenwright has handled Moyes' departure has left me cold and frustrated. We're in the middle of a right state of flux at the minute but Bill could easily have come out of this a million times better in my books.

IF he's still under contract to Everton - which we're all told he is then IF Moyes has had anything to do with the Baines bid then it's the clearest breach of contract possible - don't you agree?

Everton have clearly given him permission to start work at United or he was in the breach driving into Carrington a month ago along with Sir Alex, talking with the support staff there and making some changes.

Not seen Everton complain about it one bit, so got to assume some sort of compromise was reached ?

Moyes probably forego his last month's wages etc .. and Everton said you can start doing work there.

Moyes being the buying manager still under contract makes it messy.

Look at what will happen tomorrow - Martinez will likely then start bidding for Kone and bring Alvaraz through. That's the least Moyes could have done in this sorry business over Baines. He'd have still got stick over the price offered, but at least he wouldn't have added insult to injury. And it's not a small thing either. The fact he didn't hang on shows a cavalier attitude toward the club he just left.

It's pretty poor. I thought United were supposed to be good at this sort of stuff? They've jumped in with a pair of size 12 boots on here. But hey, we dont matter. It's all about showing who's in charge.

Exactly. At least if Moyes had bid say £18m it would have us being bum raped but with a touch of lube thrown in.

£12m is doing it dry and rough.

As you've already been told, it was MUFC that made the bid, not David Moyes personally. And this:

How the hell are people so sure Moyes is being paid by Everton right now ?

I'll be very surprised if Everton have both Martinez and Moyes on the pay roll at the same time or after the announcement anyway.

Surely some sort of compromise was reached between Moyes and the 2 clubs announced or not. I don't think Moyes or United are so miser that they care about a months wages here or there either way.

Now stop this Rawkish nonsense ffs.

Moyes' won't be deciding negotiating tactics at United. They have a huge team of executives and Business people.

Every club starts with a low bid and negotiates upwards.

"as I've already been told"?! WTF?

I think the idea that Moyes had nothing to do with the United bid for Everton's best player to be utter nonsense.

Do you seriously believe that?

Do you not think it likely United would want the opinion of a man that knows Baines better than anyone before slapping in a new bid?

What if Baines and Moyes had had a big bust up a few months back? There's no way in this world United would have bid without Moyes' say so.

The difference with Martinez and Wigan is like chalk and cheese.

This Moyles lid needs to **** off, I don't know who he is or what his problem is, but all I know is that we are paying him £11,000 a day for bidding on our players.

I fear his loyalty to Everton diminishes his value. He should be shipped out ASAP as this is the second last year that he holds any value; next year we will struggle to ask for 12m for him.

As I said a move at 18-20m makes best sense for every party concerned. Better get cash than a loyal player draining our pockets.

I would not be surprised if this is not the last of our players he comes after. he has told the money boys at United who he wants and they don't give a damn about anything other than themselves. The same way as announcing the manager of another club was to be their new manager while he was still under contract to that club. Moyes has left. let's get over it

Eh?!? So by your definition we should sell every player when he reaches his max sale value?

He's out best player and is uniquely valuable to us. There's pots of money for every place finish. Four years of Baines could easily yield £16m+ in place money.

....until dell boy finally shuts the [Poor language removed] up, can't wait.

Don't tell me to shut the **** up. There's no need for that. Everton are being royally shafted here and taken the piss out of like no club I can compare to. It's worthy of an opinion and debate. Nobody is asking you to read or post.
