Moshi and Bill Jung-in still want their hands on the train set. They don’t give a monkeys about Everton or the fans, it’s just about ego and making a shill for them.

Looking at their track records it’s only right that Any competent sports business people would avoid us like the plague unless it was a total sale.

This is why we need a sale not investment, if we get a small investment it might make the structure of the club even harder to sell, we need Moshiri to keep all his shares and sell %50 upwards of them, not just some leaving him in charge

It is funny hoe the Esk has gone back to being worthy of listening to.
No one wanted to believe what he was saying initially as it was bad news, seems a lot of it was right
I think a lot of people who knew what they’re talking about, knew financially we were in a hole. The thing I get with the esk is he always seems to make it sound catastrophic. On a space last year he was talking about parachute payments and he was miles off With his figures, in a bad way of course, someone tried to put him right and he still wouldn’t listen.

Agreeing with a a Liverpool fan, on Twitter who said he was in business or finance, at the start of Covid saying The ground build wouldn’t start till 2025. How long did he try and tell us all Usmanov wasn’t involved.

Even the new business matters they’ve just done, he tried to put words into John Blains mouth and John shot him down.

That is not true, spurs on paper better offer, no big debts like us.

If not Moshiri were would we be now, stuck in a dilapidated GP under a self important chairman. Have you any ideas were we would be then still fully under BK and no Moshiri ?

But on paper we don't seem to be a "good" product.

Spurs are over £1b in debt mate.

Its modern day football. All clubs are seen as "businesses". Of course the owners wont sell up until they are assured they can get the maximum profit available. You are right owners do not care about fans or the club for that matter, they're sole interest is $$$$$. Now i disagree with your last point. Everton are a huge institution with a lot of fans and a rich history. Any competent businessman would look at Everton as a possible profitable investment. Even if they don't see the club winning any trophies there is money to be made at a club of this size.

Think you’ve missed my point.

Of course Everton as a club and business has potential for being a hugely profitable investment, regardless of winning trophies (which I hope will happen sooner rather than later). Kenwright had done well out of his involvement already.

The reason why competent business people won’t touch us is if mosh and bill want to stay involved and hands on - I wouldn’t partner up with them, would you?

It’s total sale or nothing if I was investing - I wouldn’t want the bad smell associated with mosh, kenwright and the rest festering around the place.

New broom sweeps clean with total sale or no investment.

No smoke without fire, I would have quite white enjoyed MSP.

They have the experience. 777 also have the experience but I can’t tell you a thing about them.

If MSP are looking at both us and Spurs, it wouldn't make you think they have any clear strategy, for that reason alone, I'm skeptical of the Spurs reports.

Everton can be purchased outright for a minimal outlay compared to Spurs, but require significant further investment and work.

Spurs are the opposite with a value quoted in the billions. Capital that MSP of themselves, do not have.

The prospect of a European Super League does make Spurs attractive, but that depends highly on a closed-shop franchise competition with no promotion/relegation, and thats unlilkely imo. Otherwise their value is pushed up by real estate.

You don't necessarily need to have the money if you can get credit for a loan and put the loan up against the club and it's future revenues.

Glazer's did that with Man Utd. Let the club pay for itself so they didn't actually pay a penny towards it but will make an absolute fortune when they sell.
