Its a win, win mate. They invest 105 mill, for 25% - easy money with a 750 mill asset coming down the tracks, that investment appreciates very quickly and sees them strategically aligned for a majority stake without taking on a majority stake now given the current risks, while the antivirus runs in the business.

Moshiri gets the remainder of the stadium funding, but Moshiri wont want to sell until the stadium is finished, if he has any hope of recovering the best part of his stake in us. Win/win.

MSP get two spots on the board and a rejig happens - the board in its current guise are gone now, just a matter of when the chairs move. I think Moshiri wants to go to be honest in my opinion mate, though he may hold onto a minority stake into the future.
