We would need a complete restructure from the top down to match Brighton. They are the polar opposite of us right now.
Yes. But that can be achieved. Let's not make out its impossible. Its effectively running the club well.

Couldn't agree more mate.If we cut our cloth accordingly we will be ran like a mid table team, hoping that the stars align and we get a decent manager and half decent team at the same time to perhaps trouble the top 6 for that final place.
The real question will be how much income the new stadium generates to how much we have to pay back, if we can boost the coffers by 40 million then it's basically the wages of 5 or so players. That kind of number is reaching but if we could get those sort of figures you would hope that'll make inroads on our current mid table rivals. Finish consistently ahead of those and we should find sponsorship a bit easier to come by and so the snowball continues. If that happens though it will be because of Moshiri's vision and not MSP. We just need a steady hand on the tiller to make use of the vision, which we have to hope MSP can be.
You really don’t have a clue about business do you? They aren’t gonna go for a slight more than a Stake or SportPesa type for buttons, they’re businessmen who could draw up big deals, not at the level of say United/City/Arsenal etc but a damn sight more than we’ve been getting
No, you just want a gulf state buyout so you can see us go nuts spending to Lord over other sidesMate we have the 9th or so biggest shirt sponser in the league. Even if they increase our deal by say £2-3mil that has us top of the pile behind the top 6 + Newcastle.
Unless we're winning trophies or consistenly in the Champions League no legit company is going to give us sponsers that will make our fortunes change dramatically.
Its why we need a gulf state buyout (imo).
your crazyNo, you just want a gulf state buyout so you can see us go nuts spending to Lord over other sides
Call me crazy but I want an ownership that can make us compete at all levels of the industry, not just someone who can thrown silly money and wages at mercenaries
Moshiri is supposedly desperate to sell and get out, if a gulf state wanted to buy us I would have thought they'd have done that by now.Mate we have the 9th or so biggest shirt sponser in the league. Spending money doesn’t mean you win stuff, Utd have spent far more than City over the last 10 years. City don’t spend as much as ppl think they do, even the RS have spent morePoor lads heeds fell off !
Man City, Newcastle & PSG are on another level compared to MSP/777. You look at what Citys owners are doing with the Etihad and surrounding area compared to the Glazers at Utd.
But who wants league titles & trophies when we can continue to plod along making up the numbers![]()
Heads firmly planted thanks, you’re utterly delusional thinking Saudi/Qatari/Bahrainian money would instantly have us winning trophies.Poor lads heeds fell off !

Supporter buyout. Surprised there has not been a move alreadyNo, you just want a gulf state buyout so you can see us go nuts spending to Lord over other sides

Probably. Risky strategy though considering the transfer process the last few years has been awful and with thelwell we stayed up on the final day. If I was investing 100m, I’d have been wanting in and either to have a say or changes made while it’s still possible to make improvements.
Those days are long gone, especially for teams in the prem.Supporter buyout. Surprised there has not been a move already
@Bruce Wayne could swoop after pay day I reckonThose days are long gone, especially for teams in the prem.
What would we be looking at? £1bn?
