That's not true, is it? Only Man Utd have outspent City in the last decade, followed by PSG then Barca. City are still spending big by fine-tuning an already super team and properly the team in the world for the last 5 years.

I find it funny though, that West Ham have spent £200m more than us, most of the time fighting regulation, but the media never mentions their huge spending like they do with us.
