So did nobody see this coming? This was meant to happen months ago wasn't it? This is where the saying typical Everton comes from doesn't it?
There’s usually a few swear words involved as well

The sky went from blue to red mateWent out to a gig tonight and came home to find out the sky is falling
What the hell has happened here?!
I’m glad to see the back of MSP. 25% for £100M, I think were the numbers floated. I think Moshiri is right not to give up that %. He can still get the £100M loan from them anyway if he wishes…but he’s the accountant and will know far more than we do….
At best it’s irrelevant. The stadium is built, the club achieves on the field and P&L and is bought. Any other scenario involves putting 125-150 more debt on the books, increases the likelihood of cash interest needing to be paid on this debt. Then any FFP issues may be dwarfed by actual cash flow issues. A relegation means almost certain administration. One thing it isn’t is positive news no matter how it’s viewed.Could make an argument that the loan is far more severe than valuing the club and stadium at £400 million. Especially when it looks like the club, without the stadium, is illiquid
We can confirm, whatever spoofs Moshiri tells us:
