Depending on who we bring in this summer (I'd take Cleverley on a free NEA), I think Besic should get out on loan to someone like Bournemouth. He'd be immense for them and could see him developing 10x quicker starting every week.

He needs games. He isn't going to get them ahead of McCarthy, but Barry? I think he'll see a lot less starts next season.
 
he's far better than tom cleverley like, and better than barry right now for me.

I'd rather not loan him out because he's the only player we have of his type.

Bet he starts a lot more than he did this season.

If he actually does start a lot of games next season then that's great. Personally though can see Barry playing the majority especially without Europa.
 
The opposition must be cacking themselves about the prospect of facing Besic and McCarthy in central midfield. How are they ever going to cope?
 
Playing Besic more could get the best out of Barry as well, since he'd be fresher. Win win, I hope we see more of the handsome scamp this coming season.
 
Besic will hopefully be a great player for us in the future, but not yet.
At the moment he is not a better player than Barry for the job he does in the team.
Even Besic has said that he is still learning and finds it difficult not to wander from the role he has been given.

Give him time, let him learn and when he is ready he will be played.
I think the coming season may see a gradual shift from Barry to Besic.
 

He was good once he got a run in the side after Christmas.

I'd like to see him play a lot more next season, with Barry only used when we're looking to do a snide job against a better team.
