I get them, strange thing is I only started with them when I got Covid in 2020? If I keep well hydrated then I don’t get many. But yeh, they are awful especially at that time of night.Foot cramp in the bridge of your foot at 2am, unreal.

Sudden changes in activity can take formerly lazy parts of the body by surprise. Pulled muscles and ligaments occur more regular with age. You don't believe those zimmer frames the geriatrics use are for fashion purposes do you?
