Restless Leg Sysndrome...been the bane of my last 20 years. However, a friend of the Mrs randomly suggested lavender oil on the soles of the feet as you get in bed. Was a particular one from Holland & Barrett....and by Christ, 3 weeks in and I've slept like a baby.
Mr G. is a sufferer often walking round the bedroom in a bid to ease the symptoms. Someone suggested a magnesium supplement but it didn’t work for him, will definitely give the lavender oil a try though.🤞🤞🤞

Pulled muscles and ligaments occur more regular with age. You don't believe those zimmer frames the geriatrics use are for fashion purposes do you?
