Woken up 3 times crying with poop up your back?Restless Leg Sysndrome...been the bane of my last 20 years. However, a friend of the Mrs randomly suggested lavender oil on the soles of the feet as you get in bed. Was a particular one from Holland & Barrett....and by Christ, 3 weeks in and I've slept like a baby.
Almonds, bananas, avocado and, wait for it, dark chocolate apparently all rich in magnesium.I don't have the cramps but my calves really ache all the time lately. I've been told to take Magnesium so gonna look for some tablets
