These are truly horrible aren’t they? I’d rather watch the RS lift a trophy than experience another spasm. My calf is properly badgered too this morning

As a postman, I get loads of cramps in my leg and foot. Plus, sciatica is a current issue. Back, and leg stretches in the morning/evening really help, as will drinking plenty of water, especially in the evening. These are truly horrible aren’t they? Have you tried getting deep massage of the piriformis, I went through sciatica for about 6 months then it disappeared quick as a flash with that. Obviously yours could be caused by a disc issue or something and that may not work.As a postman, I get loads of cramps in my leg and foot. Plus, sciatica is a current issue. Cheers for that. Mine is from a disc issue, but I've had a few sessions with an osteopath, which are certainly helping.Have you tried getting deep massage of the piriformis, I went through sciatica for about 6 months then it disappeared quick as a flash with that. so night sweats and cramps could be related? If you have chosen (see nagged) into putting the tog 560 quilt on the bed because it's cold and it's winter, there's a chance you are over hot and sweating during sleep. Sweating is perspiring. And that means losing water and becoming dehydrated. Hence, vis a vis, QED, abracadabra, cramps in the night.
Sure are. Have you ever watched the tennis at Wimbledon and wondered where they're putting all that liquid between games?so night sweats and cramps could be related?
