Muscle cramps during the night though lads and ladies

These are truly horrible aren’t they? I’d rather watch the RS lift a trophy than experience another spasm. My calf is properly badgered too this morning

As a postman, I get loads of cramps in my leg and foot. Plus, sciatica is a current issue. Back, and leg stretches in the morning/evening really help, as will drinking plenty of water, especially in the evening.

Have you tried getting deep massage of the piriformis, I went through sciatica for about 6 months then it disappeared quick as a flash with that. Obviously yours could be caused by a disc issue or something and that may not work.

OMG last night - left foot curled up and cramped like a deformed alien foot in the night!! painful, frightening and totally out of the blue. Been taking supplements lately too!

If you have chosen (see nagged) into putting the tog 560 quilt on the bed because it's cold and it's winter, there's a chance you are over hot and sweating during sleep. Sweating is perspiring. And that means losing water and becoming dehydrated. Hence, vis a vis, QED, abracadabra, cramps in the night.
