Sweating is perspiring. And that means losing water and becoming dehydrated. Hence, vis a vis, QED, abracadabra, cramps in the night.
It’s horrendous. Not only is it restrictive but it gets so hot it’s unbearable, but then it’s so f’ing heavy you can’t simply throw it off.
