Yeah just saying that using Beckham as an example wasn't great seeing as he was 5 years younger and went for a month rather than 2 years! I think there's a difference between players who don't get picked up early and get better as they get exposed to better coaching and facilities and all that stuff too as opposed to players who've always had top level stuff around them. Anyone MIGHT get better suddenly if it all just clicks into place but being realistic it's not particularly likely in this type of situation.
