Nothing to do with being a bad player it's about game time and being able to play at a level he's never been at.

Can't compare him to Tierney who played 170 games for Celtic and was first choice left back.

But what you need to get though is the reason and only reason he hasn't played every game for the last couple of seasons is because gheir best player and captain plays on the same position, it's just unfortunate

We've got kids with more prem experience oe Kenny who just aren't good enough whixh is wju we are spending money on a new RB ( I guess that's who you mean )

And before you say anything, Kenny absolutely flopped at celtic and they called him rubbish where rangwrs think this kid is a huge talent and that's the difference

So, an asset most likely sold while he still has value, replaced by two young, hungry players playing for decent clubs, and the business concluded at the front end of the window. The hole at RB potentially plugged.

If we weren't looking like we're in the middle of a relegation scrap with a manager named Benitez, I'd say there would be near unanimous delight.

Kenny is a crab mate and Patterson will 100% show the door to him.

And branthwaite is a really good prospect aswell, but I doubt he's played more top level football than Patterson

It's fair. I'm glad we're buying some young talent.

But we've invested £56million in left backs in Baines, Digne, Mkylonko

We've invested £13mill in right backs in Phil Neville, Coleman and now Patterson.

Just don't expect trees being ripped up
