It’s ok @davek ive done it for you. Comparison compared to full backs in the top 5 leagues and European comps across the last year.

For someone who supposedly can’t defend like a PL defender should, he in in the top 2% for tackles, top 6% for blocks and clearances.

And here is the defensive stats compared to the same criteria but in more depth.

Absolute BS stats that can be made to mean anything.

You just need to sit back and every so often a poster raises their head...

...and absolutely ruins @davek .

They wont be walking straight for a while.

He made errors in key games that cost us points.

Are we to simply ignore those?

The collective memory loss on here of him last season getting caught high up the pitch and running back toward our goal forlornly pursuing a break is amazing....as is the forgetfulness of him falling asleep when attackers are switched on to pounce as he switches off.

As I said above: I'll be staggered if he overhauls Coleman next season. If he does I'll gladly hold my hands up. But I highly doubt it'll happen.

People are smelling blood here...

That’s strange. He isn’t on this list. Coleman is though :)

Blood in the water...Blood in the water

whats worrying about that is we have joint second (Gana) on 30, pickford joint 4th on 2 and coady and coleman on one.

you can overlook the ones on one mistake, but giving away 5 goals when you don't have anyone other than the stale french baguette up front would have cost us big time.

How on earth can that happen when we have a FB who cant replace a veteran and remains lower in the pecking order than the captain?

If he does it this season I'll be surprised but pleased.

Until he gets to Coleman's level of commitment and ability though he'll quite rightly doubted - apart from a few who let hope determine their analysis over the reality of the situation.

Rather Hope than Hate.

Rather Hope than Hate.

Genuinely staggered that this guy, a decent young player, generates so much hate (from some quarters).

Far bigger problems at Everton than this guy.

Look forward to seeing him progress.

'Hate'.

It's called analysis. That means you have to look at faults as well as qualities.

We have two players well capable of doing that RB job better than him and he'll have to improve his defensive game to make that not the case.
