Leeds were crap, let’s get that out of the way.

I thought he had a good game, put himself around enough that one of their CB didn’t come out for the second half. The ball stuck more than before, involved in play more. He did what he could to help us to get that win.

But ffs if he’s still out starting forward next year we are in serious trouble

His lack of pace is one of the most alarming elements of his game, especially if we’re expecting to play on the counter with him upfront alone.

Most defenders will be able to beat him in a race unless there’s a gigantic gap between the two, and our other forward players aren’t too quick either.

Anyway, I think he played relatively well yesterday, so credit where credit is due.

He got a nice round of applause when he was taken off yesterday, well deserved for his effort. However, it felt that he could have been out there a week and he wouldn't have scored. MOTD analysis highlighted how little we had happening in the box.

Yes the MOTD analysis was shocking. No one getting in the box/gambling to get a chance. There's goals for strikers if they take a risk.

Worked hard enough at a role he’s completely unsuited to , not that we have any other options. A creditable performance given the circumstances but worrying how poor we are up there , a half decent striker the game should have been comfortably put to bed .

I think its a thankless task playing up front alone for this team. We're firing in crosses for him but I don't think that's his game at all, especially the crap quality of cross we often put in. I feel like he'd do better if the players behind him were more comfortable on the ball and could actually thread a through ball or a good one two but I feel like only Iwobi or Onana could or even would try to do it and Iwobi is limited doing it from the wing.

Thought he was poor. McNeil played 2 quality balls that he should be flinging himself at trying to get a touch, but he’s a good 5 yards away where the defenders want him. He doesn’t have that strikers instinct, which I find hard to understand given that he must know where a winger wants to put it; between the keeper and defenders. Was also nowhere near the box when Coleman was played in.

Got to be starting Simms, I’ve got zero doubt he’d offer us more.

Personally I’d go with Simms, he looks more suited to the way we play under Dyche. We are going to play one up front and rely on individuals going forward and crosses being put into the box then I think a bigger target man is required. However he played yesterday and was on the winning side so I thank him for that.

Not just him all of them were just lazy trying to get in on the end if something.

Iwobi, maupay both the worst culprits with no desire to try and score, can’t believe I’m typing this but O’Neil put some great balls in but no one was there.

Sums us up no goal scorers in the side
