That we’ve gone into the season with him still at the club, let alone starting upfront, is a disgrace. Couldn’t hand pick a player less suited to Dyche style. Movement was decent first half but missed two very very good chances. Can’t be here when the window closes!

He is busy and deserved a goal today - had to score one of them. Fair play to the keeper too.

Really feel for him tbh - confidence is shot it pieces, but he’s not a lone striker and never has been.

Dyche should not be flogging the dead horse - dobbin, cannon, danjuma of chermiti to start of DCL is out.

Few audible boos when he was name was said before the game, today wont have helped that mood.

Best for everybody if we find a move for the lad I feel.

I don't know - in football terms - what 'shaped peg' he is, round, square or one that starts with 'A' - whatever it is, we haven't got a hole he fits.

For both our sakes he needs to move on, but no doubt we, in typical fashion, vastly over pay him so theres no incentive for him.

Scapegoat. Poor signing. Not playing to his strengths but blamed for everything. Patterson missed an open net and gave a goal away but all Maupay's fault
