There are risks to weigh with Conte no doubt. It may not be worth it. But there is not a better man in terms of getting to a club, implementing his system and getting it to work than Conte. I'm not quick to get behind signing older players but if they have a specific purpose it starts to sound a bit better.

In what way would Conte get our current squad playing?

The biggest learning curve of this squad for me under Carlo is that to get the best out of it, is to play rigid and defensive as it's we don't have the players skillful enough to play on the front foot. That's the most honest assessment I've heard from the most successful manager to ever be in charge of the club.

Anyone who comes in and thinks that isn't correct and feels they could do more, werei doomed.

Positives for Nuno:

He looks like he doesnt take any crap

2x 7th place finishes with Wolves and took them to a Europa League & FA Cup Semi Final

Negatives:

Boring 352 system

Bland personality

Similiar problem to Carlo in good results against the better sides but struggled at times in putting the crap sides to the sword

No track record of real success

He wouldnt be a disaster but at the same time I cant see him doing much here / connecting with the fans or players.
