I didn’t say we are a big club and it’s another debate in itself but you should never ever want your club to act like a small club ffs come on lad

You act like a smaller club by not hiring managers on £11m p/y, don’t buy experienced players purely for said manager, don’t act like we’re better than other teams when we’re not. We were more successful under Moyes than we are now because we understood who we were.

Yes but how does that make Potter's case? He could get us playing good football but can he progress us?

Anyone is a risk.

We’ve went the experienced serial winner route & it didnt work. We’ve watched the team go from 2nd to 10th in 5 months player utter guff with a ‘Serial Winner’ as our Manager.

We need a young hungry manager, alongside young hungry players.

I think you're underestimating how big a difference a manager who has used a system his whole career to high success implementing it would make versus a guy who was using it because he couldn't be arsed trying to improve the teams play and instead wanted to just scrape enough 1-0s to get through to next season.

Carlo won everything playing 4.4.2 or systems that suited the players he had.

He played different formations for us cos of how imbalanced and lacking in quality and depth the squad is. He knows you can put 10lbs of [Poor language removed] in a 5lb bag. That's what experience tells you.

So when Conte rocks up and buys the one RWB to make his dream come true...and it fails miserably cos the rest of the team can't pass 5 yards. Or even when Howe rocks up with a poor man's Pep school of football trying to get Sigurdsson, Davies, and Gomes to pass in triangles on the halfway line without going forward...what will we say? Oh right...they need time, and the players....rinse and repeat.

If you're a top manager you'll look at our squad and swerve.

So we look at Brighton and the style he plays and we bring him here he doesn't get the results and the pressure comes on? That's the issue Everton is a pressure job yet we do need a rebuilder and a coach to stay for at least two or three seasons. I don't have the answer but I'm dubious Potter has proved he can do it yet.
Sooner get the Brentford manager than him.
And I dont want him either.

So if that’s your logic let’s go and get someone from the vauxhall conference

as we don’t deserve a good manager

Any chance we could buy Mourinho out of his Roma contract?

That's all I want now; throwing all the players I hate under the bus, calling out Brands, running a nonstop campaign against Klopp, cutting his own hair - the whole show.

This takeover is a busted flush, so let's go down in a blaze of a shame.
