You told us in January we would get whoever carlo wanted . We aren't that rich.
A big name manager will go to somewhere where they can win trophies. It's why carlo left first chance he got.

Of all the other options I would take potter. They play good football and create chances

If you believe the teams that create more and better chances than their opponents most often end up being the best Potter is the guy to get. Somehow Brighton didn't get rewarded for doing that this year but it is unlikely it happens to his side again.

All the top clubs had managers and he was available, liked the project after a rough final season at Napoli. Was perfect timing.

Conte just won a Serie A title and left cos there's a firesale to balance the books.

He nowhere near ready to enter the world of pain that is Everton football club.

That's not to say we can't ask....but he's never ever gonna come here. Ever. Especially when Spurs need a manager.

Yeah. I'd be genuinely made up if we hired Potter. I think he's pretty much the ideal guy for what we need now. There are probably others but he's the one I know most about who checks the boxes.

Honestly no idea what the next step is or who is a good choice.
All I know is that I want a manager who will rid us of the dead wood which still haunts the squad and will bring some younger, hungry and enthusiastic players in who are prepared to fight and work.

Be very interesting to see what happens with James and Allan now, Richarlison as well.
Doucoure not an issue I would imagine.

James might go and that stinks because he's good but the injuries are so frequent I won't be too hurt by it. Allan we should try and keep. Richarlison I'm just NEA about. If he thinks he's earned some kind of move playing like he has then his head isn't in the right spot.
