Think there's always a tendency for people to dismiss coaches at lesser sides in England. For my money Graham Potter is showing all the right signs for being worth consideration. In all honesty though, I'm just sick of the disruption. As long as it isn't a Kopite who's going to divide the fanbase or an ex Everton manager who lost sections of the fanbase already, I am starting to care less about who it actually is.

Personally this time around I'd rather be looking at a younger coach who is showing all the right signs about being ready for the next step rather than a "name", but I'm almost past caring

Silva martinez, koeman..... showed promising signs and then failed abysmally. I don't care whether they are young or old as long as they get the team performing.

If reports are correct and Carlo was in Madrid on Friday , it took Real Madrid 5 days to get their man in with all the annoyances it takes to poach someone already in employment .
Do you think we can get someone in by the week's end so they can play for the transfer window ?

This is Everton. This is going to go on for weeks and weeks.

What should of been a summer of progress and hope, has turned into one of transition and starting all over again.

Rangnick I know well, could be interesting if he would work with Brands as DoF, bearing in mind it's a title he has held several times himself.

But what do you know about Conceicao? Don't follow the Portuguese leagues- primarily because nowhere shows the matches over here.

Not sure where you are but in the UK i noticed a few months back on the SKY channel list that way down the sports listings was a channel called FreeSports and they show it along with the Italian football and a few other bits and bobs, full games as well.

It seems like a manager system through the DoF. Brands hasn't, in my mind, just bought players to suit the club, he's brought in players to suit the managers needs.

That's why he was rumoured to have wanted to keep Silva and delayed sacking him cos he was working close with him trying to fix the outgoings and incomings.

Yet we also heard that Brands and Silva were at odds over Mandzukic, Silva wanted him and Brands wanted to put faith in DCL.

If we are having a DOF, then Carlo appoimntment went against it, and with his signings. So who knows !?!

Anyone calling for Lampard should really be asking why are they being lured in by his media reputation? Scott Parker achieved more at Fulham than Lampard did at Derby, he also managed to last a full season of being a Premiership Manager with the club and fans not wanting him gone. I’m not calling for Parker but he is a better option than Lamplard
