Silva & Koeman ok 1st seasons then messed up.
Cant blame anything on him for Carlo who basically shat on him & us.
He's obviously got to get this one right ,but didnt City do the same till they got the right one.

Family lives here so wont be living out of a suitcase or missing family overseas during travel restrictions

Will know the fans largely dont like him so will need to work hard to turn opinions of him around

If you asked me is Nuno or even someone like Favre a good fit for this club and I would say no.

I think there are only a handful of managers out there that fit this club like a glove in terms of the fanbase / dogs of war attitude of a rocking Goodison - Simeone & Conte being the best and we are unlikely to get either.

But he's literally the opposite. You could not get a more unpopular choice than Benitez. Even Klopp would be probably more welcome.

You know full well Allardyce was a rescue fix. No baring where he wants the club to be.

As an angler you will also know that is a days work to remove any fish left in the dock.

But in a post on social media, Balague has suggested that Usmanov is keen on Benitez to take the reins at Goodison and referred to the country's sixth richest person, according to the Sunday Times, as "ambitious".

IF he was ambitious surely youd be after Conte or managers of that ilk NOT Rafael F`in Benitez

The best thing he could do is sell up and go.
He's been an utter disaster as an owner.
Five and half years of managerial turmoil, millions wasted on largely bang average dross, even the planning permission approved stadium is going nowhere until the fish are removed from BMD and there's still no funding in place for it !!

Think it’s some-kind of miracle when he bought the club. Nothing is guaranteed (Johnson, Earl etc), getting someone to buy the club is extremely difficult and unlike some previous owner, he pumped loads of cash into the club. He just needs someone right to be the manager and handle the transfers in the right manner.
