I'm surprised Potter hasn't been considered more closely.

Highly regarded by Guardiola and Bielsa,
Young, Progressive, Enthusiastic and English.
Did miracles in Sweden on a crisp packet budget.
His teams play attractive passing football.
Has new inventive and imaginative ideas (set plays etc).
He can use multiple systems during a match.
Will get us back on track with the DOF philosophy we had before Carlo.
Would be fairly cheap in comparison to some others mentioned.
He would suit Everton.
He's not Rafael.

He may be another Mike Walker or Silva, but of those possibly available, I think he would be the best of the bunch.

Awaits sarcastic replies...............

Potter just no we don’t want these managers who had done average in smaller clubs.

I would take Potter above most of the other names like Fat Rafael the bellend or Nuno the bearded bell.

Like when we employed the like in Martinez and Silva. Won’t end well there. So do the like in Howe and Potter.
Or when we employed Koeman and Carlo.

Or when we appointed Kendall from Division 2 Blackburn, Moyes from Preston, Royle from Oldham.

Our most recent most successful managers have come from smaller clubs.

In recent years it was Moyes and that was 20 years ago. Nothing wrong with the appointment of Carlo his winning rate in the league was like 46%. He just jumped ship.

On the other hand he's a Martinez follower that being said I'd take him other Rafael. I'd take your nan over Rafael.

Martinez also.

Sadly history will judge Carlo behind ALL our most recent managers.

In order :

Moyes
Martinez
Koeman
Silva
Fat Sam
Carlo
