Or turn it the other way around and we are winning 3-0 and watch them turn on him, never seen so many people on a forum being able to predict the future of one man who hasn't even got the job yet, us failing dramatically with anyone they chose is a distinct possibilityThis. The fact that they’ll all sing his name when they lamp us 3-0 is just a cherry on the turd cake.
It's not about "wanting him" - it's about actively getting him out. I don't think most people will "actively" do something to get him out. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. People will get on with their lives, by and large. A section of the fanbase will mobilise. The rest will...get on with their lives and judge things on results, etc. Now, if the opposition to Benitez can mobilise the fans to boycott Goodison en masse, then I suggest they'll get their way. Failing that...Yes all 10 of them.. GET THIS STRAIGHT…. No blue wants him stop trying to make stuff up. No one wants him end of story

There would not be many dissenters to this. It’s the obvious choice for me now.
If it's only a possibility that he can attract players, that's hardly a positive. Any players you know that are clamouring to play for him?Positives of Rafael
- Has a track-record of winning trophies, unlike other candidates like Nuno, Potter & Howe. There is a complete lack of a winning mentality throughout EFC that we need to change.
- He might attract players
- He has stated he wants a longer project
- He isn't as negative tactically as Fat Sam, Koeman or even Carlo. "dour" football is what we do.
Cons
- he is a horrible human being
- "small club" comment
- He smacks of desperation and he has publicly stated he wants this job 3 times
- Guillem Balague will comment daily on EFC.
- Anyone who goes to China is a money-grabbing wh8re
- Brands is clearly against this, so what is the point of him?
- Won't help create a football business model, identity and style and we will back back in 18 months talking about Big Dunc, Potter and Ralf Rangnick
Or turn it the other way around and we are winning 3-0 and watch them turn on him, never seen so many people on a forum being able to predict the future of one man who hasn't even got the job yet, us failing dramatically with anyone they chose is a distinct possibility
And Rafael walks in to the middle and starts o lays, fist pumping the air and shouting come onJota slides home the 4th, it’s been a disastrous display for Everton. And to compound the defeat the Kop has erupted into singing Rafael BENITEZ
Wouldn’t expect anything less me old mucker! If you end up with him and we end up with FSW, I’m afraid I’m going to be really child like and sulky and launch whiney scathing attacks. Nothing personal though me old mate.
The atmosphere around the club will make it very easy for the players to hide behind another manager. I can't think of a worse appointment for the players to get a free pass.
I don't dislike him, never have. I've always respected his outstanding qualities as a coach. I like the way his teams play, and the players he signs. The bottom line is I think the crowd will come around cos I think he will improve us.Why are you so "all in" on this appointment. I've had a browse through your posting history and you seem pretty rational on the whole (it's GOT so everyone has their moments!). You must be able to see that at least a portion of the fanbase is going to always be on his case. You've already pointed to a lack of quality in the squad so there are probably going to be bad spells for the team in terms of results and we all know that even under well liked managers the crowd at Goodison can be tempestuous. Benitez is not well liked. It is the steepest of uphill struggles for him at this club. It's not worth it for us, the only upside for him is cash. It's a bad fit.
They will pipe on about Rafael Beneathus all season too
That Rafael is going to be announced, that Mosh is making all of the decisions overruling Brands all assumptions. Media reports are all over the place suggesting that nothing has leaked. Yet a large number of people are assuming that it’s done Rafael’s the one and then going full fumeFor example?

It is done though. It's Rafael - it will be annnounced when his self isolation is complete. That Rafael is going to be announced, that Mosh is making all of the decisions overruling Brands all assumptions.
