New Everton Manager

I'd like a manager that has experience of taking an under performing club and transforming it into a club that is challenging and winning honours.

He should be relatively well experienced in a major league, still be relatively young so that he can be reasonably expected to be around in the long term (5+ years, though hopefully longer). Should be proficient in English.

I honestly have no idea who that is. Not anyone readily available that's for sure. I do hope that the people responsible for the next appointment have a target and a plan to get them in.

Conte is the best fit then.

They're utterly meaningless as a gauge until you get to 1/10 and lower... and even then, they're questionable.

Don't think AVB was ever favourite at tighter than about 2 or 3/1

Just write into the next contract that you can leave for a club in the Champions League but you have to fight Big Dunc first.

Howe joint favourite now, I say this being deadly serious I'd be more gutted about Howe coming than I was when fat Sam coming.

With Sam you just knew it was a short term fix but with Howe you feel they are putting their trust in him to make us great again.

I really don't have a clue who would fit here,do we go for experience, that's been tried with a couple of managers such as Walter Smith, play nice football,hello Mike Walker do we go for PL experience or go searching the rest of the world? Personally it should be the DOF making these choices and implementing how the club is run from youth upward, whoever arrives will need millions to spend, anybody thinking the squad we have now is going to suddenly be running like lions after gazelles because of a new manager is very much mistaken
