Fans have very short memories. We lucked out under Moyes Kenwright would have taken us down had Moyes not turned out such a good manager.

There are many reasons to not like Rafael and many reasons to not want him at Everton. Complaining about his name is just ridiculous. It's not like we're using a nickname that the RS gave him. Rafael is his name. I'd imagine a lot of people called Rafael get called Rafael.

Also, Carlo regularly got called Carlo on here.

And look at how it ended with that hypocritical failure. You usually use a shortened term of a christian name as a term of friendliness. Benitez Is no friend of our club.

Yep too much crying in the fanbase at the moment when a football hasnt even been kicked.

We literally just worshipped a manager on the slide playing garbage football and are crying over the prospect of another manager on the slide coming in and playing potentially garbage football.

If nothing esle we are known for our fair mindedness and sportsmanship. He's not my choice - but there are few alternatives at this point in the year.
If they have indeed appointed him it won't stop me from supporting the club I've followed for my whole life.
Let's see what he does in clearing out the dross and whether he can bring in some decent players. Christ knows we deserve some decent football after the last decade.
