You also have to consider what the other three have achieved in recent years compared to Rafael. I'm not advocating his appointment by the way.
Rather, I am trying to look at it objectively and with a glass half full mentality, which means I perhaps don't think it's as bad as some others are suggesting.
This isn't a Mark Hughes or Fat Sam level of appointment.
