I said I would be amazed if us or spurs aren't in for him.
That has no bearing on discussing how it may play out with benitez in charge.

Tbf mate some fans are cryarsing and demanding him sacked before he's even signed. He'll never be given a fair crack of the whip by some regardless of how well he does here.

I haven't a problem with people holding that view but I hope they vote with their feet and stay away from GP next season as they will only damage the club in the process of their crusade and im sick of seeing our seasons end in mediocrity whilst clubs like Leicester and likely WHU/Villa start to overtake us.

All I can say mate, is I will give him every chance, as I'm the better person. He doesnt really deserve that, but I'll give it to him anyway. However, if he doesnt deliver he will only have himself to blame.

If hes a good enough manager mate, who looks to play attacking, exciting, winning football he will win most over. The ball is in his court now.
