Who would you pick?
I am honestly torn because the pressure from us is that we are challenging for Europe but we also need a rebuild of the coaches I can see Nuno or Farve fits our requirements right now. They need to be able to work with a dof, work with players they are given and to give us an identity. We need a coach who will rebuild this team and coach and drill them in patterns of play. The truth is we need someone in the next few weeks too.

Bubbles and Moyes have really turned us into the plucky little underachievers lol

I'm old enough to remember when Everton actually competed. Men like Conte, Gallardo, Rangick can instill that mentality again.

Conte is a no brainier. If he was close to going to Spurs then we have a chance of getting him if we throw the cheque book at him. We are crying out for a task master like him. The wasters in our team won’t know what’s hit them. But no for some Nuno or Potter is best. See you in 18 months for the rinse and repeat.

No but potter and Nuno should if there appointed as some ppl will want them out day 1 and should they win 2/6 we be calling for them to be sacked. If they where to bin off sigi and Iwobi they get more leeway

can’t say we won’t be as people wanted rid of Carlo for months
At the end of the day I’d hope we all just want what is best for Everton Football Club after what happened this week! But no potential Manager, apart from may be Mike Bassett, of this club is going to be googling fans forums to see which players the fans “like”! If any manager turned up for an interview with Moshiri and Brands and mentioned the fact he wanted to google fans forums to find out what the fans think, they’d be calling for the men in the white coats and he’d be escorted out of the building sharpish!

Would you have Conte?

The wasters in our team don’t care. They’ll just do what they did under Silva and Ancelotti, not try until he’s forced to leave or given the bullet.

Conte will be another rinse and repeat. Every club he’s been at he’s spent a considerable about of money. He spent £350m at Chelsea and has spent over £200m at Inter.

We couldn’t even give Ancelotti money in his first transfer window and then gave him sofa change for the summer window.

It wouldn’t work. Would be another rinse repeat of Ancelotti in 18 months when a massive club comes in for him because he’s fed up.

I get you and I understand. But the alternatives are worse.

Told you already. His tactics got them 4th. A team that won 9 years in a row he got them to come 4th. Injuries, you mentioned Arthur, who had played more last season than he did for Barcelona the year before, cuadrado that had his second highest number of appearances for 7 years. Old players being crap, same ones that won the league season before.

sugar coat it whatever way you want, you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. The guy has one year experience of which he completely failed hence him being sacked.
Pirlo wouldn't be high up my list, but to be frank, this is complete and utter nonsense.

Sarri was sacked the season before he took over after boring everybody to death and only just winning Serie A by 1 point over Inter (83 overall). Their squad is/was full of veterans who aren't anywhere near the level they were 3 or 4 seasons ago. Pirlo came in on a short-term contract and oversaw Juve's attempts to try and reduce the age of the squad and, all-in-all, did a reasonable job.

They finished this season on 5 points less than the season before. Five. That's not a 'complete failure' for a club in transition by any definition.
