With a woman in heels
Just watched the video of the San Mames stadium, home to Athletic Bilboa, and that looks a very decent facility indeed.
Apart from some knobjockey holding up a RS scarf, it's well worth a look.
My own eyes tell me that at least one deal for 30m+ fell at the last hurdle, this suggests that the money was made available. I am using my own eyes. I was with you on your crusade against Kenwright but it's clear to me that we are now moving in the right direction and the more you continue down this path the more I find myself doubting your sincerity.Paid top dollar for all that and still made a £3M profit.
Dont believe the hype, believe your own eyes.
have you worked in and around the BMD site..that,s the only one that matters.
Look back in the thread and read from those who have and do work in the area.
You don,t complain after you sunk hundreds of millions of pounds into a project mate.
My friend. May I recommend for your own sanity, and those of us who read this thread, you take a deep breath. Relax. Start to think positive things in life. Everything will be ok. No need for constant negativity.
Admittedly no I haven't worked at Sandon Dock site but still, sites are regulated so that there shouldn't be odour pollution, or at least minimal. It you are certain that the smell is coming from that works then you should notify them, and it'll be looked into.
Thats EFC job mate, it,s there project so like most competent companies it would be in the clubs project feasibility study with actions.
This always worries me mate, im not sure about the details but the council and other parties were happy to basically tear down Anfield for the other lot to expand, even though as it turned out they didn't seem to be 100% sure what they were going to do (LFC I mean).
It seems to me that Everton will end up with a run down area in need of re-generation, Everton foot the bill, council looks great, we end up in the middle of some slums with a cardboard box for a stadium.
I'd actually expect them to buy the land at Sandon Dock outright anyway mate, thus getting rid of the works.
Not gonna happen that hosts the main sewer interceptor pipe for the full length of city's river front from Speke up to bootle.

Im sure thats been thought through
Well using that criteria we should demolish all the historic buildings in Liverpool. That would leave our tourist industry reliant on the possibly ephemeral attraction of the worlds first boy band. Why is a crap wall that was built by slaves of historical importance? I see no reason why it should be conserved. I would hope that LCC would allow us to demolish it, despite it's ridiculous listed status.
