New Everton Stadium

Don't know if you've seen WHL lately but there's a corner missing from it... due to that UEFA wouldn't allow us to use it for CL games.

We are paying a healthy amount of money for the use of Wembley next season tbh, apart from people not liking the idea of it such as yourself it's a real win/win situation where the Wembley commission are set to see a big increase in the money Wembley makes the season we are there.
We'll have our own Wembley soon mate, right on the river....or not, maybe...not sure....I'll get back to ya.

I only realised last night just where your new ground is going...not a million miles away is it......? You know that feeling you've got right now? The excitement, the anticipation, the impatience that are all attributed to the sheer awesomeness of a brand new spanky footy stadium?.......What's it like? I so much need to know what it's like.

Didn't realise that mate.

The decision to let the National stadium be used a club home ground is fundamentally wrong and is all about the money. It devalues the idea of striving to get to play there in a cup final. For the next 4 seasons there could be 3rd round FA Cul games player there. Never right that.

It's pretty exciting. At work during the day I leave the live cam feed on a monitor, the worksite is always very busy with about 500 workers on site every day and the pace it's going up over the last month or so is great. Rakers were all going in over the past week so that's exciting.

If all goes to plan at the end of the season the new stadium will be towering over WHL and actually part of the new stadium will be in old WHL for games. It will look like this in May:

You've absolutely no idea how much I hate you right now. Looks amazing mate. If and when we start to build, I'll be checking in on it every day.

Whoever leaked that image is probably in a bit of trouble. No way is that meant to be public. Obviously not a secret it'll be two-thirds complete by next May, but that's a drawing from on-site, probably belonging to MACE or Populous.

Vision. Belief. Attitude. Ambition.

That's the values blues need.

Too many years in the doldrums, as the underdogs, ignored, banned, overlooked, undermined.

Liverpool is the greatest city in the world. The history, heritage, culture, music, sporting achievement. The blues have had their part in that.

If you were visiting you'd want to see the waterfront, the docks, the birthplace and preschool of this great city. If you are showing someone around this city, you go and take them.

We have the potential to plant our home for the next 100+ years there. A temple to the most followed obsession on the planet. The premier league, the richest and most followed league in the world. Our club, founder members of the league and premier league. A stalwart. 4th most successful. One of the 20 richest clubs in the world. The school of science On of the greatest waterfronts of the best city in the world.

A massive opportunity for the 1st club of the city to be where the city really is. Part of the waterfront, The skyline. Full of the most knowledgable, kind, generous, fierce and passionate supporters in the world.

Every documentary, programme, trip advisor review, google map search of the city of Liverpool will advertise this big bloody intimidating venue the home of Everton Football club, and people are having reservations of filling 60k.

People are having reservations of the commercial possibilities available in a stadium for this purpose or more at this location.

Why would anyone let fears and the brainwashing of mismanagement and monetary constraints of the past hinder the vision, belief, attitude and ambition to become the best.

Three years ago this was a dream scenario.

Someone is potentially orchestrating and planning to give you a big bloody mansion, with all the modcons, to enjoy with your mates and family, to be a park, to celebrate everything Everton, to be proud of regardless of fortune, success or results, and there is still negativity, doubt and limitations.

Success breeds success.
Change the mentality.
Let's be about winning.
Let's get back to were we belong.

Forget everyone else's opinion of us. Do Barca give a [Poor language removed] as they are winning three trophies a season, with three of the 4 best players in the world in their starting line up that they are only filling 2/3 of the NouCamp against Villa Real part way through their season.

No they are still looking to expand.

Some need to Open their minds.
Wet your kex Blues, and don't be arsed who sees.
Very inspiring words mate.

Started off thinking we need 50k max, then upped that to 55k. Now you've got me thinking we could maybe go to 60k.

At this rate we'll be building bloody Wembley on the banks of the Mersey;)

Since when are we in the upper echelons of the Premier League ?

I thought about my wording of 'upper echelons of the Premier League' and I think it's valid for a number of reasons:

* Our glorious history
* Most established top flight club in English football
* One of a handful of teams to have competed in every Premier League season

If we don't qualify as being in the 'upper echelons of the Premier League', then probably only Man Utd, Arsenal and perhaps Chelsea would.

Nice thought, but with the best will in the world if it's at the Bramley Moore Dock it'd have to be a pretty panoramic vision of the Liverpool skyline to include it with the iconic buildings of the waterfront as they are presently constituted. Now the Kings Dock site...THAT was slap bang in the zone.

Just use a wide angle lens!!!!
