New Everton Stadium

I would like to know what the cost difference is between say a 55,000 and 60,000 seater. I honestly think we could fill 55,000 or there about most weeks - with competitive pricing. If the cost difference is minimal, build the 60,000 and give 5,000 away to local charities, school kids etc. that way, we potentially create new fans and also if the club starts doing well and gates increase we have the additional capacity ready and waiting.

True this, I would be happy for us to give 5000 tickets away to charity as long as it is regulated and not just going to those who want a freebie. We would be doing that while Liverpool only care about Scandanavians and the money they spend on merch.

With the amount of work done by EITC I'm sure the tickets would be distributed to people deserving of them

Cracking idea.

Having checked with my mr soy sauce we have purchased the land and a note of registration change was placed in late August as @The Esk stated it can take weeks just for notes to be amended and serving a note to registry wont complete documentation for nearer 3-4 months on purchase of this size of land ......

Straight from sources mouth from within land registry that pretty much looks at we're new ground will be from birkenhead side

So what exactly has been purchased......

Nothing to stop someone making a request under FOI but there are a couple of exemptions they might use, one for prejudicing commercial interests, the other for information due for publication.

Land registry don't have to be informed until 2 months after the purchase. Can be longer if agreed by both parties and an order granted. So an FOI wouldn't necessarily help.

The drone footage is great - http://stanleydock.com/drone/

Looks incredible. Glad they put a marker flag on the River Mersey at 32 seconds, I might have missed it otherwise

If - and it's a huge if - we build a new ground at Bramley Moore and the Liverpool Waters scheme starts to get going, that whole area will be amazing in 10-15 years from now

The docks developments in Bristol are a superb thing to see from what they were 20 years ago.

They are totally different to Liverpools in that the River was diverted into smaller like roads and basins, so there isnt like a massive stretch like Liverpool has, but the result is just brilliant.

Just checked actually mate, still only owner driver jobs in my area, I keep looking like.

Adverts on Talksport all day for all sorts, including couriers. They ask you to text "deliver" to a number. Will write it down tomorrow.

Unless Liverpool/Wirral is banning Christmas this year, they will need an army as per. Show you are reliable over Christmas, (worst time of year. Busy and worst weather), and bobs your uncle.
