Don't know the poll was for a new stadium I doubt a USA designer would be involved the articles just related to a new ground site's the docks site being the fans preference perhaps like the king's Dock the season ticket holders should choose the best site ?

For those of you who are not au fait with the geography of Liverpool: Bramley-Moore Dock is just over two miles from Lime Street Railway Station, a mile and a half from the Royal Liver Building and a mile from Sandhills Railway Station.
