My first thought was the episode of The Simpsons when Homer is allowed to design his dream car and put it into production, and so bankrupted his brother's business!

Pretty sure Dan Meis said on Twitter that it wouldn't be a the Stadium Design Summit which is in just over a week. He could of course be bluffing but if he is telling the truth then the AGM would seem like the most likely option. How much longer before an announcement do we think?
I've been told by a very informed person, that it's going to be built on water, when we have possession, the entire pitch will tip to allow the ball to fly into the net. When they're attacking us, they'll be playing uphill at an impossible angle
Here's an early mockup.
It's only a bit different, but not a lot different, the experience once it's in will be the same. I am more of an older style supporter with the terrace mentality where I like a good quality End Stand to 'suck the ball' into the net as Kendall said. Right behind the goal having a big tele in there? A huge no thank you.I know what your saying but it's a bit different plonking a screen in a basic 6k stand to putting one in a larger stand that has been designed to incorporate it in a decent way to start with.
If you look at almost every NFL stadium and Wembley they've been designed to have these screens so don't be surprised if ours does too. It's that or we have them hanging from the roof as per the Vetlins arena/Principality stadium or in the corners if the seating area dips as per the Emirates and Spurs new gaff.
You can do something like Spurs currently have at White Hart Lane and have two big screens incorporated into the roof so the stands at the end remain unbroken. Would obviously want it to look better than this and to be better integrated...It's only a bit different, but not a lot different, the experience once it's in will be the same. Now you mentioned that about don't be surprised if there's a tele there, you might very well be right on that. You've got me worried now!

The only viking thing about that is it appearsd to have been designed by a flipping helmet. If we're doing something unique to the premier league, I kinda hope its like the vikings stadium:
That looks very cool but we won't be having a permanent roof which is what makes that stadium really. One thing they have which is really cool is pitchside suites...If we're doing something unique to the premier league, I kinda hope its like the vikings stadium:
I just looked at the Roma stadium mentioned above (sorry if it has already been posted) the time line from conception to delivery of a project of this size is huge if our stadium is to be a part of a much wider vision. Maybe we are just gonna have to be a lot more patient. I hope they start with the access and stadium first. In fact I hope at least parts 1 to 5 are already done.
