That can just be an informal name you use down the pub in earshot of RS fans. Like grand old lady is to Goodison, that winds them up as well.

No it won't.

The figure in that article is for the surrounding area and not just the ground.

It's not even that. It's the upper estimate for the whole project including surrounding developments according to a Delloite report on the project's viability. But of course the Daily Heil have been using it as the cost of the stadium ever since the report was published.

Once again I refer to their effort on Stanley Park, but did it really happen whereby frustrated by the non progress on starting the build, a group of those rats commondered some JCBs and started ripping up the park to prove a point?
