What's the latest date it can be, given the club's rules or whatever you call them?

It's quite brilliant really. We don't know anything about the Stadium and not only do we not know when the AGM is, we don't even know when they are going to announce the date of it. Now call me an old cynic if you wish, but the term ITK on here isn't really fit for purpose....

We have to submit accounts before 28 February 2017 for the year up to end May 2016.

Strictly speaking there is no legal requirement to hold an AGM but it would very odd and hugely counter productive for us not to do so.

Patience required, 23 November was anticipated date (same as last year) and others (not only me) were expecting the same date. The board have given no hints to anyone, including other shareholders as to date of AGM.

As I said earlier there's the chance it could be two weeks later on 7/8 December.

Re the stadium, you know as much as has been told, namely an agreement subject to PP for BM - this agreement was reached on or around 18th August.
