Patience required, 23 November was anticipated date (same as last year) and others (not only me) were expecting the same date. The board have given no hints to anyone, including other shareholders as to date of AGM.

As I said earlier there's the chance it could be two weeks later on 7/8 December.

Re the stadium, you know as much as has been told, namely an agreement subject to PP for BM - this agreement was reached on or around 18th August.

Lol, I think the patience of most Everton fans would put Job to shame...

If the AGM is 23rd November (same as last year) notice can be any time today.

Next available dates for AGM are Wednesday 7th or Thursday 8th December.

It is possible for an EGM to be held on 22/23 November given that requires 14 days notice.

What's the latest date it can be, given the club's rules or whatever you call them?

Can you remember when you got your notice last year @The Esk ?

14 clear days notice per the amended Article 10.2, so AGM could still be on 23rd.

Theoretically, the latest date for an AGM can be is 31st December - 1 GM per calender year must be called by the company (Article 10.1).
