Speaking of steep stands, the top balcony in the main stand is terrifying. I sat on the back row a few seasons ago and the staircase up to it was like a ladder. Great view mind.

Best thing about it? From about row K back you have no idea Big Stand FC exist as the roof hides it.

Also gave a nice view of that blert getting sparked after the goal the other night.

Lower GSE only has that rake because it is former terracing. It's utterly abysmal as a seated stand. No-one in their right mind would design a new seated stand with such a shallow rake.

The old concrete terracing was ripped out and new 'steps' constructed suitable for seats. The current rake is actually steeper than it used to be.
