Bournemouth sold out well in advance again, still surprises me how many people think 50k would be big enough

I know Everton will attempt to make a home End for atmosphere but shouldn't we looking to get two Ends with the focus on atmosphere? Two classic Gwladys Streets. Or imagine if Dortmund had two of their 'Yellow Walls', amend that to us having two 'Blue Walls'.

The one thing I insist on in the new stadium is a view of the river which ever way you approach the stadium.

There going to have to expand seeing the capacity will be reduced to around 73k after they increase the size of their disabled section due to the new regs.

Its a unique stadium, if we built the same, it wouldnt be unique, personally I think its ugly as hell, looks like a massive shopping centre.

It's just so bad.

And I agree on the unique bit. I've said do us a copy and paste Allianz and we're sound but whatever new stadium comes - it has to be unique.

Goodison is unique but it's perfect it's in location and inside the ground.

Wembley is unique but it's basically a massive slab of soulless concrete based out in the middle of nowhere.

There has to be a balance.
