If Everton really are going to Bramley Moore would it not make sense to buy property around the area and open pubs, restaurants etc. Get supporters before during and after. Win win
looks class! one can dream..That would be a welcome addition to the pre match routine.
A few alternate images of the LO stadium. Have to admit with a few footy tweaks I reckon it would look amazing.

AgreeIf true...thats awesome, because this lucas oil stadium is probably the greatest looking stadium out there. Imagine something like that at the BMD.
To be honest, it would be in keeping with the adjacent tobacco warehouse.a warehouse?

I would expect the scale of the whole thing to be such that there will be pubs and takeaways popping up all along the way into town. As long as there are 3 or 4 real pubs within 10 minutes of the ground, I'll die happy. A brew pub, like the one planned for Spurs, and I'll be in heaven.Would be nice if, like Goodison, we allowed local pub landlords to spring up around us and make money rather than the club looking to suck every single penny in. Ideally you want pubs, takeaways, taxi drivers, all benefitting from matches being held at Goodison. You want the local area to feel some of the wealth not just the club and a few mega rich property developers.
