Quite, it may actually mean we don't have to dig down as far as we need too. The base of the dock will be pretty water tight, fix up the dock gates and all the digging out has been done.

That's it, we can be saying to them well we've got Stonebridge Cross and they are in Asia trying to put the hardsale on by saying we are close to buying Bramley Moore Dock to get people to invest.

I think its pretty clever of Everton, There keeping there cards close to there chest, There not going to go to Peel and say look this is the only place we want to buy. There going to go there say look we like this place we would like to buy it but if you try and put the price sky high because were a football club then we will go to Stonebridge as theres a nice bit of land that the council will quite happily give us on the cheap and its also easy to build on.

Peel will want this to go though they haven't exactly got loads of people lining up with the money to go and buy a huge plot of land that will have the pulling power like Everton to kick off the other side of the docks. They're business people they want the money and infrastructure

Joe Anderson is already on record as saying they're going to extend the road from the cruise liner terminal down to BMD, he said we'd hear more of that in April. He's not going to be using public money on private land without getting something back off Peel. The whole infrastructure around the docks will be invested in if we move there and that suits Peel, the council and Everton.

Peel have loads of people wanting to build on the docks now. They just dont have the ability to let them build on BMD.
