2 years sounds crazy optimistic. Unless it's been constructed in secret on the bed of Bramley Moore dock and it'll be risen into position with the press of a button.

We did also announce the kings dock, all we had to do was raise 50p in costs and it fell flat on it's face so, until they are actually building the stadium and I am sitting in it I won't believe it's actually happened.

One thing that's bugging me is,
Who is gonna be in charge of the project from start to finish?
Hopefully not bill & bob!

I think my 3yr old niece & me could have a crack at it. This afternoon we successfully built a duplo tower reaching from the floor that touched the ceiling. More stressful than i was expecting mind.

It's party time when announcement comes. We're not messing about with Moshy at the helm.

'If' they announce a plan and location this week, then planning might be submitted sometime in the summer. Say at a reasonable guess with issues that it takes 18 months to clear, that's Summer 2019 when the thing might start to be built. Finished circa 2022 or is that optimistic?

Still confident in saying it's very unlikely we will have an announcement until due diligence is complete. Although it would be very Everton to announce prematurely and have the project fall through..

5-7 weeks before a formal announcement would be my estimate at present though I'd expect a few leaks before that? I could (hopefully) of course be wrong and may be sooner!
