New Everton Stadium

I think city will still be bigger. They're extending again I think.

Probably correct, however the new WHL is supposed to be around 61559, the Etihad will be roughly +7k bigger than it is now. (So max 62k) If we had a stadium inbetween those figures say 122 less seats than city then I don't think anyone will complain! ;)

If you have 3 stadiums all within 500 seats difference then they will probably be viewed as equals and it will be the actual designs that set them apart.

There's a lot of nonsense being talked here about lack of professionalism. The professions have moved with the times. It wasn't so long ago that it was considered beneath them to advertise their services.

Twitter has become a valuable tool for business. There's nothing wrong with promoting your business in today's world. All the professions now utilise social media. It's not considered unprofessional to use it unless you create a conflict of interest, breach ethics, or disclose confidential information.

I think it's great that Dan Meis engages with the Everton fans, and has a bit of fun with it. It's great that he seems so personally engaged in, and excited by the project, rather than just signing off on a design prepared by someone working under him.

I'd love to know why people say this is unprofessional.

He gets plagued by people hounding him about the stadium and it must be 60,000. Some cringy stuff. I don't think he gets to choose the capacity.

agreed. He's given an idea of budget. He comes up with concepts to match said budget.
Its up to the club to provide him with specific details with regards to capacity/ quality of corporate facilities etc
